• Interactivity: Rich Internet Applications are now more user-friendly then ever. You can now work in a web based environment like any other Windows or Mac environment. No page reloading in every operation like it has been the case with the classical scripting web based applications.
• Resources: A web server like Apache don’t need too much resources compared to what a standard network application may need. Depending on the strategy used, the type of application and the number of users, but  a 1-tier data/application server strategy can be used and sufficient to have a big ERP running perfectly while the interface will be loaded, executed and cached on users computers or devices.
